Available Positions

1. Zonal Manager (4 post) Salary: 74324 Taka

The Zonal Manager will supervise multiple branch offices, monitor operational performance, ensure policy compliance, and provide strategic guidance to branch teams. Strong leadership and management experience are preferred.

2. Branch Manager (100 post) Salary: 50070 Taka

The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff performance, monitor loan portfolios, achieve business targets, and maintain high-quality customer service.

3. Branch Accountant (100 post) Salary: 37370 Taka

The Branch Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing daily and monthly reports, handling cash transactions, ensuring accounting accuracy, and supporting financial compliance.

4. Officer (Microfinance) (100 post) Salary: 33575 Taka

The Officer will conduct field visits, identify potential borrowers, process loan applications, monitor repayments, build relationships with clients, and maintain accurate operational records.

5. Peon-cum-Guard (100 post) Salary: 15000 Taka

The Peon-cum-Guard will assist with office support services, maintain office security, safeguard office assets, and perform other administrative duties assigned by the branch management.
